Employment Control, Inc. (“ECI”), a leading regional provider of commercial temporary staffing services, announced today that it has acquired Talent Force in Memphis, Tennessee with the support of its financial partners, Harbert Mezzanine Partners and Claritas Capital. Jointly, these private investment firms have provided more than $350 million to fund acquisitions over the last ten years, and they are committed to providing resources for the continued growth of ECI. Talent Force owner, Tommy Floyd, was advised throughout the acquisition process by Frances Tannehill with Comspec Management Group. This is ECI’s second transaction in nine months as the company continues its’ strategy of organic and acquisitive growth in the mid-south and southeast.

Force, established in 1986, provides staffing services to the top employers in Memphis
and the surrounding areas in the manufacturing, and distribution/logistics
space.

Staffmark, a $600 million private equity-held national staffing company when it
was sold to CBS Personnel Holdings.
